The East Cocalico Lions Club held its annual Charter Night on Monday February 11th. This marked the club's 64th year of service to its community. The club, sponsored by the Ephrata Lions Clubs, was granted its charter on February 9, 1944. Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and fellowship. Perfect attendance awards were given along with Service Awards. The hightlight of the evening was the presentation of a Life Membership to Lion Vernon Boose.
