Each year the East Cocalico Lions Club participates in the Annual Ephrata Fair. Our club's famous Oyster sandwich is featured at our food concession stand. It is one of our major fund raisers for the year.The club begins by setting up their food concession trailers Monday evening of fair week. Tuesday the ladies begin breading and patting oysters while other club members begin preparing other items to be sold.
