The East Cocalico Lions Club honored Maxwell Forsyth as one of their January Student of the Month. Maxwell is the son of Dawn and Glenn Moffett and Tom Forsyth. He attends Cocalico High School where his activities include participation in the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, and is member of the High School Bowling and Volleyball teams. He has recently been awarded the $60,000 “Deans Scholar” scholarship award from Drexel University where he plans to major in Computer Engineering. His many hobbies consist of Bowling, Acting, Computers, Music and Digital Photography. Community activities, which Maxwell is involved in, include volunteering for the Salvation Army, Relay For Life and the Pittsburgh Project (an urban, neighborhood-based, Christian community development organization).
