The East Cocalico Lions Club honored Ashley Phelps as their Student of the Month. Ashley is the daughter of Chad and Kimberly Weaver. She is a student at Cocalico High School where some of her activities includes the National Honors Society, FBLA and field hockey. Her hobbies include reading, watching movies, politics, traveling and cheering ob the Boston Red Sox. Community services include participating with the Stevens Fire Company. After graduating from High School, Ashley is planning to attend Virginia Tech or the University of Rhode Island to major in Political Science.
