May 2015 Student Of The Month – Cassandra Bean
Cassandra Bean was bestowed the honor of Student of the Month by the East Cocalico Lions Club. Cassandra, a senior at Cocalico High School, is a very active student participating in REVOLUTION Club, Army 4 One and the National Honor Society. She is also very active in sports being on the Tennis and Track Teams. Honors and awards she has received include being part of the Homecoming Court and being a Track Team Captain. Even though she is very active she believes in the Lions Clubs motto of “We Serve” by serving her community and volunteering to help children at Sunday Church School, caroling at nursing homes and helping to wrap gifts for the VFW. She also went on a Mission trip to Haiti. Cassandra’s future plans include attending Alvernia University for Occupational Therapy.
