October 2023 Student of the Month – August Lesher
August Lesher, was recognized and honored as the October 2023 Student of the Month. At Cocalico, August’s many activities include Varsity Golf and Varsity Track and Field. August believes in the Lion Clubs motto of “We Serve” by representing the Lions clubs of the Cocalico School Area by serving with the Cocalico High School Leo Club, a Lions club service organization within the High School. Other honors and awards he has achieved are being a member of the National Honor Society, where he serves as Treasurer, and is a recipient of the AP Scholar award. He plans to attend college for Mechanical Engineering.
